Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished click on the 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.

We accept credit card payments using the very secure PayPal system. You do not need to have a PayPale account to use this method.

You may also pay by cheque this should be made payable to R Puttock. Cheques take 4 to 6 days to clear, items will not be posted until this process is complete.

All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case a full refund will be given.

If an item is received damaged then we will naturally replace or refund the cost.

If an item is returned for any other reason as long as it is received by us within 7 days of receipt, in pristine condition and in its original unopened packaging, we will refund the original cost of the item itself.

The cost of the return of the item will be borne by the customer and the original postage will not be refunded.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. we strongly advise returning goods via recorded delivery.
